Aluminum Holiday Ornaments

Just in time for the Holidays, 2 sided aluminum ornaments.  All feature no peel coat, and are avaialbile in four shapes -  round, oval, hexagon, and rectangle.  All feature a dimensional metallic edge finish detail that adds an extra design element to artwork.  Each ornament comes with a red ribbon to hang on the tree.

Transfer Instructions for Unisub Metals:

  * Prepare artwork and size transfer according to the size and shape of the product.
  * Image must be produced in reverse or “mirror image”
  * Place a sheet of plain white paper on the press.
  * Remove the protective plastic covering from the product.
  * Using heat resistant tape, secure the image with the printed side of transfer facing the product
  * Lay the imprintable face up on the heat press so that you are pressing onto the transfer.
  * Cover imprintable with a smooth absorbant paper towel
  * Press at 400 degrees F for 60-70 seconds using Medium pressure
  * When pressing is finished carefully remove the transfer paper and allow to cool on a clean surface
     - You can also try pressing the metal from the back side.

Transfer Instructions for Ceramic Ornaments:

  * Prepare artwork and design transfer with consideration to the size and shape of imprintable.
  * Place the ‘Heat Resistant Felt Pad’ in the center of your heat press.
  * Place your transfer face up in the center of your heat press.
  * Place your ornament on top of the transfer.
  * Place a blank sheet of paper on top of the ornament to prevent the possibility of anything transferring off of the mat.
  * Place the ‘Heat Conductive Thermal Mat’ on top of the paper.
  * Close the heat press with light to medium pressure. The ornaments are fragile and will break if care is not used.
  *  Heat at 400 degrees for 3.5 to 4 minutes.
  * Open the press, remove the product, peel away the transfer. CAREFUL handling the ornament,it will be very hot.
     We recommend using heat resistant gloves.
