• The Rotary Screen Printing System prints images up to 5" X 9" on a wide variety of cylindrical and tapered cylindrical products. With the addition of the optional flat attachment it can also print on flat products up to 9" in length.
• Quick change, pop-out screens are mounted to modular steel frames that are securely fastened to the machine for consistent, accurate, image registration.
• To ensure consistent print results, a unique squeegee carriage is used to automatically apply even squeegee pressure across the full width of the squeegee during the print pass.
• Mounted below the screen is a fully adjustable, tri-wheel mandrel which securely holds cylindrical products in place and permits smooth, easy rotation of the product during the print pass.
• The mandrel is spring loaded so products can be quickly interchanged for maximum productivity.
• The entire system can be set up and operated on a 3' x 6' work area.
