990 Series Convection Curing Conveyor Oven

By utilizing solid state electronics and digital temperature controls the 990 Series CO offers unsurpassed accuracy. Operating temperature can be set up to 400 degrees F. in one degree increments. On board digital readout of the set temperature and the oven's current temperature.The conveyor belt speed control permits belt speed to be set from 0 to 40 fpm. The digital temperature control displays the operator set target temperature and the ovens current temperature at all times.

The unique triple wall construction permits high volume airflow yet keeps the exterior of the unit cool for maximum operator safety. Once at operating temperature the unit becomes super energy efficient by recirculating already heated air. To ensure even heat throughout the oven chamber, convection air is circulated at over 900 cubic feet per minute. Doors at both ends of the oven chamber can be closed to maximize efficiency during extended curing cycles.
