DK16 Geo Knight 14"x 16" Clamshell
The DK16 Digital Knight 14×16 Clamshell Press is mid-sized clamshell, the 14×16 DK16 opens for full access to the lower bottom table. This press is the lowest cost solution for a business grade heavy-duty Digital heat press machine. It is important to note that the back of the heat platen raises above and away the bottom table, providing better access than other clamshell presses. The frame support allows operators to slide shirts over the table with complete drape space around and underneath the loading area. Interchangeable bottom tables for smaller pressing areas are available. This press is idea for environments with space limitations, and for users who need more portability and mobility than the over-weight swingaway presses.
The DK16 can be easily upgraded to an automatic release press with the “Pop-Up” upgrade. This allows for faster semi-automatic garment production at a very reasonable price.
DK16A Geo Knight 14"x 16" Auto-Release Clamshell
The DK16A is the AUTO-RELEASE “Pop-Up” version of our mid-sized manual clamshell. This amazing high-tech feature makes your Digital Knight clamshell act like a semi-automatic, air operated press, without the compressor! Simply close the press as you normally do, and at the end of the digital timing cycle the press releases automatically.
The Auto-Release upgrade also features the “HOVER” feature. This means when the handle is lowered without fully clamping the machine, the press will hover over the work, usually needed for curing purposes. At the end of the time cycle the press releases automatically as usual.

The DK7 Cap press is a fully functional cap press for printing the front face of any sized headwear.
The DK7 has a unique hold-down device that pulls the rear strap of the headwear down against the pressing surface, holding the cap in place. Geo Knight DK7T 4x7 Twin Cap Press
The DK7T Twin cap press is a fully functional cap press with a high productivity design. The head pivots back and forth between the two pedestals effortlessly. While one side is pressing, the user is able to set up work on the other pedestal and maximize efficiency.

Geo Knight DK8 6x8 Label Press
The DK8 label press is a 6×8 small platen heat press. This machine is very popular for label printing and small transfer & applique sealing.
If your image area is less than 8 inches, and you need to specifically isolate an area of a garment or bag, the tall pedestal on the DK8 allows for precise location of just the area needed to be pressed. Pockets, collars, socks, sleeves and similar areas are easy to press without flattening parts of the garment that should not be pressed. This saves the user from pressing very large areas of bulky items unnecessarily, as would happen on a standard T-Shirt press. The included interchangeable tables allow for isolation of the pressing area down to a mere 3×3 inches
