How to Place an Order
We take pride in offering our clients premium products and personalized service.
This is not an e-commerce site because we know that you prefer the personalization.
Orders and inquiries can be placed by completing this form. We will respond with a follow up email to you once received. Note that shipping charges are based on dims and weight.
Payment can be paid by e-transfer, VISA, or Master Card. All credit card orders will require a completed credit card authorization form which can be downloaded here or sent to you via e-mail

If order is placed before 12 noon we will do our best to get it out the same day. Shipping is best way ground pre-pay and charge unless otherwise specified. All shipments will NOT require receiver signature unless requested.
If you wish to Pick-Up your order: Pick up times: 9am to 4pm Mon-Fri. Please call ahead for an appointment
Note that we have a Minimum Order Policy of $50.00. Orders under $50.00 will incur a $10.00 Handling Fee. Also note that requested shipments via Canada Postal Service will incur a $10.00 Handling Fee.
